loss of appetite / lethargy

We have recently adopted a lovely young cat from an animal sanctaury. She has been innoculated and speyed. She has recently become very lethargic and has seemed to lose all her appetite. She is reluctant to move far and looks very sorry for herself. Do we need a vet immediately!
