Best Wet Food / Diet for Cat

i've always fed dry food to my cat with plenty of fresh water (have also just bought a water fountain for him). Have heard now that it's better for him all round if I don't restrict him to dry food and would like advice on what else to feed him for best health.

Some of the early dried cat feeds caused urinary problems. The modern diets have go over these initial problems and there is no evidence that feeding cats on dry diets causes any problems. So whatever suits you and the cats best is good.
