Skin trouble on chin

Thanks for your question and posting the tiny pics link. that works well for a technophobe like me!
I suspect that this lump/sore is not much to worry about. it may be involved with some local infection or eve a response to a flea bite.
I suggest that you monitor it my marking the extent with an indelible pen. bathe it as often as you are able using a warm saline solution of 2 tablespoonful of salt to a pint of water.
Check for any drooling and examine the mouth gums cheeks and teeth.
Check flea medication is up to date and effective by checking for flea droppings (look like grit but go red in cold water)
