I am from europe, and my dog vet is best in our country (not IMO, all dog owners) dog have terrible infection 7months ago and that therapy healed him and no infections for 6months, and suddenly everything goes wrong, therapy has not discontinued, is it possibile to change antibiotic or , is it possible that long term antibiotics ruined immunity, i have no others opinions because i have changed 7 vets and 6 of them said me to say goodbye from my dog, only the last one accepted to help and 6months was fine till now. Can you tell me possible deseases or mistakes from my case, any help is very important, because i am very desperate. Thanks

Our vet is only one in our country which have MRCVS certificate.

Then you have no choice other than to take the dog back to him. Could it be an acute auto immune crisis relating to the intial causal agent ? Maybe full rgickbes biopsies will help.
