Dogs paw

My dog has chopped part of her pad off on her paw. It didnt bleed but she is limping. Do i need to take her to a vet or will it just get better?

If there is no bleeding and no flap then there is no need to seek veterinary attention. Wash or dunk the paw in a body temperature solution of a level tablespoonful of salt in a pint of boiled water frequently now and after excercies and if the limp has not resolved by Monday or gets worse in the meantime then do ger her to a vet.
A deep cut into the pad can sometimes be stitched in which case they are best stitched within 4 hours to get the best chance of a rapid clean heal.
