Calf not urinating

we have a heifer calf charolie cross 1 week old and screams when pees what do we give it and whats wrong

I have never seen urinary obstruction in a hiefer but she may well have a cystitis or calculi (stones).
I do suggest that she should be looked at though it may be possible to adjust the ph of the urine which should be marginally alkaline.
