cold piglet

3 days ago i got a young piglet ((full sized pig not pot belly)), i was appalled in the conditions he was kept in, i took him home n gave him a medium sized yard all his own with a nice shelter lotsa grass to root, bushes to hide under, but in the days since we got him, its been rather cold, today is only 13c, so for fear of the pig catching a cold, i moved him inside to the laundry, its still pretty cool in there with a concrete floor but not like outside, he has a blanket, only, he wont lay on the blanket, hes laying on the concrete,
how do i know if he gets a cold, and how do i treat it?

How old?
pigs do not do blankets he needs straw or shredded paper. |Plus get an old door or similar and raise it off the floor on spars unless you know that the floor is insulated. Provide a hot spot with a heat lamp sufficiently high to not burn him or set fire to the staw/paper> Aim for a temperature of 18-20*C for the hot spot
