Skin problems and swollen stomach

Hi, I have 3 saddle back pigs around 12 to 16 weeks old. One pigs has cracked skin and hair loss on its rear quarters. It looks like the skin is thickening and there is general hair loss. Also the pig seems to have a swollen stomach although it is still eating and drinking. Any ideas on what is wrong with it?

No the pig does not seem to be in pain when I touch the skin. He does scratch it though. The swelling is about 20% bigger than the other pig of the same size and it does not seem to be red.

Thanks

have you wormed them or used any preparations against mange or lice. A shot of ivomec would do both and then reassess 10 days later.
