Broken Neck?

I found this Robin, it is in Fledgling stage and if I did not get it the neighborhood cats would have. So I took it in and take it in at night, keeping it outside during the day. I would feed it whenever it chirped or whenever it woke up I would see if it wanted some food. It was fine active at first, cant fly or jump very far. But when I came home once after leaving it outside it fell off the branch I left it on and can't keep it's head up. It keeps falling over and wont get back up. It will try. I can't take it to the vet tonight (5-28) because I have no way of getting there, its 6pm, and memorial day. Best wait for tomorrow but it wont eat or drink, it may be very dehydrated. Don't think it will make it.

I suspect that it will be dead by now,.
dropper feeding water is tte best first aid in theses situations.
generally I advise picking fledglings up with gloves on and putting in a bucket or similar with a few dries leaves as bedding and hang the bucket from a nearby tree bush clothes line or whatever so that the natural parents can take care of it.
